Days / 7a-5p, 10x4, 40 hours per week, On call per unit requirements, weekends required Length :

CO License 1 Year experience Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy AHA BLS Master's Degree preferred Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Other Details:
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s) All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or o 1 dose bivalent vaccine Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
