Slate Valley Unified USD is seeking a full-time, year-round Administrative Assistant/Medicaid Clerk to support the functions of a busy school district central office.
The successsful applicant will complete clerical tasks, access a variety of databases to compile reports, complete spreadsheets for programmatic and fiscal reviews, complete electronic billing, and support the management of the school-based Medicaid program.
The position requires the candidate to possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations of youth and adults.
Experience with database management systems for education and medicaid billing are preferred.
