The ETS Technology Division is focused on being the trusted partner for innovative technology experiences and platforms that enable growth across ETS. Our division emphasizes customer and employee experience, leveraging core services, AI capabilities, and API-driven solutions to achieve operational excellence and international scalability. The Technology Division has created an internship program for college students interested in pursuing a career in technology. This is a paid, 8- 10 week -long, hybrid internship where interns will be expected to work 37- 40-hour a week. At the conclusion of the Internship, you will have the opportunity to present your project to IT leadership. Interns will receive training in a variety of IT-related activities and will be paired with a mentor who will help support their project work.?
As a Test Automation Intern, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our software development process. This project focuses on automating the testing of our current application by transforming manual test cases into automated scripts. Your efforts will significantly reduce the time and effort required to validate new features and resolve bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform existing manual test cases into automated test scripts.
Integrate automated tests into internal systems to enable continuous testing and deployment.
Design automated tests that thoroughly cover critical paths and high-impact areas of the application.
Collaborate with team members to identify and address areas for improvement in the testing process.
Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
Field of Study:Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Effective public speaking capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
