Qualifications:

To be part of our Talkspace team, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold an independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
Maintain your own professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
Submit a fully completed and signed CAQH application.
Obtain an individual NPI number.
Reside in the USA.

Compensation:

We value transparency at Talkspace. You will receive $67.90 per hour for live sessions, with prorated rates for shorter sessions (30- and 45-minutes). Asynchronous messaging rates vary based on client plans but range from $12 to $36. Additionally, you may qualify for a monthly bonus ($100-$4,000) based on the average clinical hours worked weekly, starting with just three hours.

How Talkspace Operates:

Once you're part of the team, Talkspace will match you with clients and check their insurance eligibility. Communicate via text, video, and audio messages with clients wherever you are, anytime. Our platform also offers live sessions through video, audio, and messaging.

Note:

Therapists and counselors provide services only to clients located in the states where they hold licensure.
