Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Case Managers in Burlington, Vermont. This role is in person / on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Type: Four-month contract, opportunity for extension

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Pay: $32.00 to $38.00 an hour

Responsibilities of theCase Manager:

• Provide critical support for students experiencing emotional or material challenges that negatively impact their behavioral health, mental health, wellbeing and ability to achieve academic success.

• Supporting students in crisis while remaining calm.

• Provide appropriate mental health assessment, crisis management and response, triage to appropriate resources, effective referrals, follow-up, tracking, and continuity of care between campus departments and community resources.

• Expected to manage student cases start to finish, managing all facets of a case

• Frequent communication and collaboration with campus police, Academic Units at colleges, counseling, and other services on campus.

Qualifications for theCase Manager:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Higher Education, Behavioral Health, or related field and two to four years' related experience required.

• Crisis/suicide intervention experience and critical incident debriefing capabilities required.

• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to fostering a collaborative, equitable, and socially just environment.

• Prior experience with college age students is a plus.
