Role: Unified Communications Engineer (VoiP Engineer)
Duration: 4+ months, with high potential to extend
Location: 5 days/week onsite - Los Angeles, CA 90017 and travel to various client Resource Centers in LA county
Experience Required:
At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications administration.
Strong background in MS Teams and WebEx.
Skills Required:
Working knowledge of telecommunications equipment and software (Cisco, UCM, SIP Trunking, Webex, and MS Teams).
Knowledge in voice recording technologies such as NICE.
Customer orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
Ability to prioritize production jobs to meet deadlines and regulatory compliance.
Critical thinking skills and a team player.
Strong communication (written and verbal), project management, and organizational skills.
Commitment to personal growth while contributing to the advancement of the department and company as a whole.
