Job Summary
Responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our client companies and the Claims department. Assesses employability, promotes restoration of function, facilitates return-to-work and assists with Social Security Disability eligibility for individuals receiving disability benefits within policy provisions. Initiates and facilitates case management and other ancillary services to assure optimum outcomes.
Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
3 or more years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, or related field.
3 years' experience working in LTD Claims
Must possess or obtain, if necessary, one or more of the following professional designations:

Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC); or
Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE)

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish
Master's Degree in Rehabilitation or related field

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$40,900.00 - $91,000.00
