Darbo pobūdis:
Užtikrina savalaikę keitimų peržiūrą ir registravimą, vykdo keitimų veiksmų įgyvendinimo priežiūrą ir dokumentavimą.
Informuoja Produktų vadybininkus (Product managers) apie planuojamus atlikti keitimus.
Koordinuoja periodinius susirinkimus ir telekonferencijas su kolegomis iš kitų ThermoFisher padalinių.
Užtikrina savalaikę užklausų OCPLM sistemoje peržiūrą ir uždarymą.
Vertina klientų informavimo poreikį pagal sutartį su klientais.
Vykdo periodinius ir pagal poreikį tikslinėmis temomis mokymus.
Dalyvauja produktų kokybės priežiūros valdymo komiteto veikloje.
Dalyvauja vidiniuose ir išoriniuose klientų audituose.
Užtikrina darbo metu sužinotos informacijos konfidencialumą.
Teikia pasiūlymus, susijusius su vykdomų funkcijų bei padalinio veiklos tobulinimu.
Dalyvauja kuriant ir įgyvendina Bendrovėje diegiamas valdymo sistemas, inicijuoja jų tobulinimą.
Reikalavimai:
Išsilavinimas Aukštasis universitetinis gamtos mokslų išsilavinimas.
Patirtis Darbo gamybiniame ar mokslo padalinyje patirtis (privalumas).
Žinios, Įgūdžiai, Gebėjimai: Anglų kalba.
Kompiuterinis raštingumas (MS Office).
Kokybės vadybos sistemos standartų žinojimas.
Dokumentų rengimo ir valdymo principų išmanymas.
Geros gamybos praktikos (GGP) standarto reikalavimų žinojimas (privalumas).

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 625,00-€3 937,50.
