Overview:
The Vascular Technologist performs basic and complex vascular ultrasound and other non-invasive vascular procedures as defined in department policies and procedures. The incumbent organizes and prioritizes work in accordance with department needs and completes assignments within assigned times.

Qualifications:
Completion of a program in ultrasound from an accredited Ultrasound School.
5 years experience in performing ultrasound procedures acceptable.
Must be RDMS registered or registry eligible.
Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Vascular Surgeon, operates all ultrasound equipment in order to produce diagnostic images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies according to established procedures.

Special Requirements:
Position requires the ability to work with all ultrasound equipment, computers, processors, chemicals and other medical equipment and communication devices.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $44.69 - USD $58.80 /Hr.
