Schedule Details:


Schedule is 4 days per week, variable start times between 7:
30 and 8:
30am. Call requirements include one night per week and every 6th weekend. Holiday rotation also required.
What You Will Do:

According to established standards and practices, the Vascular Sonographer provides noninvasive diagnostic Vascular Services.
You Will:

Adequately explain the rationale and patient expectations for each test
Use cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic information and images
Analyze sonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history from both patient and provider, and communicate findings to the appropriate physician
You Will Need:


Bachelor of Science degree or a licensed medical professional can obtain a Registry of Vascular Technology within six months of training completion.
Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association
