Highlights of your role:

As a Raw Materials Prep Associate, you are in charge of the preparation and delivery of the raw materials to the production lines in a timely and accurate manner.
In this role, you will prepare raw materials to use in production and are responsible for ensuring the delivery of materials to production lines in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions:

Completes all quality testing and measurement requirements; performs and documents testing of non-conforming materials as prescribed/assigned
Prepares raw materials (compound and substrate mixtures) to SOP specification to use in production.
Ensures materials are delivered to the production lines in a timely manner
Provides timely and friendly service to all customers
Actively maintains a clean work area
PPE Provided: N95 Mask / Respirator; worn ~20-25% of the time during 12hr shift.
Clean Facial Hair required

Schedule:

6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a 3 day off!
The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay:

Effective Hourly rate: $22. 07 - $24. 49 / hr. DOE.
Base Rate: $19. 25 - $21. 56/hr. DOE (M-Sun)
Weekend Premium: $4. 00/hr. (Fri-Sun)
(Includes base pay, weekend premium, and OT)

$22. 07 - $24. 49

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required.
18 years of age required.
Outstanding attendance
Stand/work for a 12-hour shift.
Forklift experience or willing to learn.
Previous experience working independently with minimal direction is required.
Ability to manage time and respond quickly to multiple tasks required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment

Also want to make sure you have:

Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age
