The Onsite Manager role will be based at a client site. This position is the primary liaison between the client, our teammates, and the ?nin Staffing branch, and is responsible for monitoring KPIs and working with the management team to create solutions and innovation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Liaison and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, teammates, and the ?nin Staffing branch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teammates to ensure the success of the partnership and grow the account.
  • Develop and maintain top talent through partnerships with client supervisors, job performance coaching, and effective communication with teammates.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor KPIs and work with the management team to create solutions and drive innovation.
  • Ensure teammates meet necessary KPIs and attendance requirements by assessing skills, qualifications, and value fit.
  • Monitor time clock punches by shift to ensure accurate timekeeping.
  • Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely, meeting client and branch requirements.

Safety and Risk Management:
  • Complete injury reports, conduct accident investigations, and communicate appropriately with the Safety and Risk department.
  • Implement and enforce workplace safety standards and compliance with regulations.

Operational and Administrative Duties:
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, updating employee records, and maintaining supplies.
  • Proficient use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and other communication devices.
  • Prepare and submit reports on workforce operations, including productivity and compliance metrics.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.

Client and Team Communication:
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, teammates, and the ?nin Staffing branch.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and employees to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Address and resolve any employee or client issues promptly and effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary.

Recruiting:
  • Effectively recruit and build pipelines with our teammates via phone, text, email, social media and in-person.
  • Proactively develop creative sourcing plans to attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Physical and Communication Requirements:
  • Proficient use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and other communication devices.
  • Ability to travel as needed, including driving or flying, to meet with clients, attend conferences, and visit other business locations.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and desk work.
  • Ability to read and analyze written information and data on a computer screen.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively during in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual conferences.
  • Occasionally required to carry and lift materials such as laptops, presentation equipment, and promotional materials, typically up to 50 pounds.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role, preferably from the staffing or service industry

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Ability to read client orders and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions, take direction, and execute a plan.
  • Agility to leverage all processes and technology tools productively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong understanding of the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the staffing industry.
