Bachelor of Science in Occupational TherapyCurrent State License as an Occupational TherapistValid Driver's LicenseCurrent CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declinationTwo years' experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation settingKnowledge and Skills:
Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practiceGood interpersonal skillsKnowledge of durable medical equipmentCare for Who I Am is Caring for Who We Are.
