Your expertise will ensure our fleet operates at peak performance, whether on the road or in the yard.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose & Repair:
Identify and troubleshoot issues with refrigerated and dry van trailers across multiple makes and models.Maintenance:
Perform maintenance and repairs on trailers, ensuring all systems, including power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, and more, are functioning correctly.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.Safety Compliance:
Follow company safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.Mobile Service:
Safely operate a NAPA service truck to perform repairs at customer facilities or roadside.On-Call Availability:
Be available for service calls outside of standard working hours on a rotating basis.Yard Safety:
Adhere to yard control safety guidelines at both NAPA and customer facilities.Additional Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience:
2+ years of related experience.Education:
High school diploma or GED required.Certifications:
