Project Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction
Are you ready to lead complex civil construction projects and ensure top-tier execution? We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee field engineering, estimating, and workforce coordination on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise project work, ensuring compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
Develop work methods, material needs, and schedules, coordinating with crews and utility companies.
Present and implement production plans, ensuring the availability of equipment and materials.
Provide technical guidance, identify project risks, and ensure safety standards.
Oversee sub-contractors, adjust work schedules, and ensure timely project closeout.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (roads, bridges, marine, tunneling).
3+ years in a management role within the construction industry.
