Associate Relations Consultant

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Associate Relations Consultant will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for associates and management for non-complex associate relations issues including but not limited to: attendance, policy questions, associate complaints, and coaching.

How you will make an impact:

Provides advice, guidance, coaching to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation, and in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsible for case creation, tracking, and reporting.

Assists with the case tracking system and related concerns.

Ensures self-service cases are closed and completed.

Provides data management support to Legal and investigators.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 3 years of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Experience with Workday preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow preferred.

Experience consulting, coaching, and advising leaders preferred.

Familiarity with state/federal employment laws preferred.

Data analysis and reporting experience is a plus .
