Schedule:
M-F 8am-4pm 4-6 month assignment Pay Rate:
$18.50 Data Entry Clerk
Inputting Data:
Enter information into databases or software systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining Records:
Ensure all entries are up-to-date and correctly filed for easy access and retrieval.
Verifying Accuracy:
Review data for errors or discrepancies, correct inaccuracies, and ensure data integrity.
Updating Information:
Regularly update records to reflect current information.
Retrieving Data:
Locate and retrieve data as requested by team members or managers.
Following Data Confidentiality Guidelines:
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and follow company privacy policies.
Collaborating with Team Members:
Work with other departments to clarify and collect necessary information.
Preparing Reports:
Generate basic reports or summaries as needed based on data collected.
Data Entry Clerk Job Requirements:
