Our client is seeking a highly motivated Subcontracts Agent to join our team in Tysons, VA. This role will focus on managing and administering subcontracts for construction and/or manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts efficiently to support project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer subcontracts from initial negotiation to final closeout, ensuring compliance with company and project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to manage contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Provide strategic input on procurement and subcontracting decisions to ensure project success.
Negotiate subcontract agreements, change orders, and modifications to meet project requirements.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely resolution of contract-related issues.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in subcontract management, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and contract law.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
