A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Phlebotomist Position type:
Full-time Contract, potential contract to hire Duration:

Lynchburg, VA Shift/Schedule:
1 st Shift 08:
30 AM to 05:
00 PM Monday to Friday As a Phlebotomist, your responsibilities:
Experience doing blood draws, labelling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.
Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures.
Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles.
Experience doing blood draws Processing Urine Recording maintenance data and decontamination Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures P atient focused Answer telephone calls, read laboratory results to satisfy inquiries.
Good with hard sticks and pediatric Attend annual department trainings Answer telephone calls, read laboratory results to satisfy inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma or GED 2-4 years of experience.

Pay Range
• :
$22/hr to $23/hr.
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
