In this position you will provide the following services to include, but not limited to:
Effectively manage and optimize Atlassian products, specifically JIRA and Confluence, to support multiple team workflows, enhance communication, and ensure efficient project management in line with federal directives.Demonstrate expertise in building and designing spaces and workflows using Atlassian products, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly environment.Create custom projects in the Atlassian tool suite for complex workflows.Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites (e.g.
Kanban boards, Scrum boards, documentation pages, etc.)Design user experiences for both public- and internal-facing Confluence sites that facilitate clear communication across the enterprise and minimize confusion.Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple teams, aligning with guidance from federal leads to ensure coordinated and effective project progression.Maintain familiarity with, and adherence to, best practices in JIRA and Confluence development, ensuring the use of efficient, secure, and reliable methods.Analyze, research, manage, and implement integrated Atlassian tools, plugins and applications.Gather requirements and develop tailored dashboards for reporting, tracking, and service enhancement.Conduct regular training sessions for teams to ensure optimal use of JIRA and Confluence, enhancing skills and knowledge across the enterprise.Track the progress of tasks across multiple teams, gathering and updating information to provide real-time insights into project statuses.Minimum Requirements 3-5 years experience working with JIRACandidates shall possess proven experience in administering JIRA and Confluence, demonstrating skills in the creation and management of effective workflows and spaces.Excellent organizational and communication abilities to handle complex tasks, guide teams effectively, and ensure smooth project management and team coordination.Subject matter expertise in the development, operation, maintenance, and management of electronic business tools.Desired Experience/Certifications BS Degree#
