Description/Responsibilities:

Anakim Consulting is seeking a Lead Platform Architect SME to:

Re-architect, Redesign, and Deliver a highly available, high performing IT Infrastructure to include:

Virtual Desktop (VDI)
UCaaS and Messaging,
Mobility Services
Compute Services
Storage & Backup Services
Hyper Converged Infrastructure Services,
Edge Computing Services,
Data & Database Services
IaaS

Manage the infrastructure architecture, enable access to it, and secure the infrastructure

Active Directory and Identity Access Services
Security Services
COOP and Disaster Recovery Services
Performance Monitoring Services
Monitoring Services
Analytical Services
Automation Services

Position Requirements

Required Skills

A minimum of five (5) years of experience with architecting and developing platform-based solutions, establishing throughput and setting baselines for acceptable performances standards.
Working knowledge of DevOps concepts
Experience in evaluation and analysis of workloads that are running in public and private cloud environments.
Expertise working with virtualization, storage and enterprise backup solutions using automation technologies.
Expertise working with Active Directory technologies.
Expertise working with application streaming and desktop virtualization technologies.

Certifications / Training:

Bachelor's Degree
Certification: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert that has been obtained within the last five years.
