Overview:

We are actively seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the NAVAIR Tomahawk Weapon System. In this exciting role, you will support the PMA-281 Strike Planning and Execution Program Office, focusing on advancing Tomahawk Weapon System developments.

Clearance:
A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access. US Citizenship is mandatory for clearance eligibility.

Requirements:

Must possess DoD Clearance Eligibility (US Citizenship required).
A minimum of 8 years of experience with the US Navy Tomahawk, demonstrating expertise in strike planning and weapon employment.
Experience working with operational, training, and test squadrons.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine requirements for the Tomahawk program.
Conduct thorough system and program analysis for the Tomahawk system.
Collaborate with team members to produce system and software requirements, scenarios, test tools, and relevant documentation.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor of Science in engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science.

Education:
A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited institution in a relevant engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
At SimVentions, compensation is influenced by various factors, including the candidate's background, education, training, security clearance, work location, and competencies. The expected annual salary range for this position is $126,000 - $175,000 (USD). This range reflects the standard salary for this role and is one part of the comprehensive compensation package offered by SimVentions.
