Position:
Physical Therapy Specialist

Location:
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg, VA

PRN:
$60.00/hour

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Deliver physical therapy treatment and care in accordance with regulations and professional standards.
Supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians while delegating tasks effectively.
Maintain continuous communication with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients and staff.
Encourage patients to regain independence and control of their lives.
Foster a patient-centered treatment environment to ensure safety and support.

Required Credentials:

Active state licensure or certification required by your first day of employment.
CPR certification preferred based on hospital policy.
Completion of an accredited bachelor's or master's degree, along with relevant field experience.
Proven skills in physical therapy evaluation, planning, and treatment.
Strong communication skills essential for patient and family interactions.
