*Job Title: Solar Panel Installer*

* *

Seeking two crews of six solar panel installers to work on a TerrasTrak system. This role focuses solely on module installation, with no racking involved.

*Responsibilities*

+ Two installers will work on the ground, handing modules to crews above.

+ Four installers will work on ladders, installing panels.

+ Ensure safe and efficient installation of solar panels on the TerrasTrak system.

*Essential Skills*

+ 3+ years of solar experience.

+ 3+ years of module throwing experience.

+ Ability to consistently lift 60 pounds.

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*

+ Experience with the TerraTrak system is a plus.

*Work Environment*

This position involves working on a 7 MW solar project, with work hours from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Expect to work 50-60 hours a week and receive a $100 per diem for 7 days. Appropriate work clothing is required on site.

This is a Contract position based out of Bassett, Virginia.
