• Hospital-based Otolaryngology (ENT) temporary coverage is needed.
• Average number of cases per day is 6.
• No trauma-level designation or specific trauma practices involved.
• Required surgical procedures include Thyroidectomy and Extended Parotidectomy.
• General Surgical Otolaryngology procedures include Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, and PE Tube.
• Non-surgical requirements involve Hearing Evaluations and Management of Disorders of Ears, Nose, Throat, and Facial Structures.
• Endoscopic procedures required are Septal, Sinus, Flexible and Rigid Bronchoscopy, and Laryngoscopy.
• Required facial surgery procedures include Rhinoplasty, Facial Fractures, and Skin Grafts/Flaps.
• The documentation system/EMR used is EPIC.
• Patient demographic includes all ages.
• The practice setting is 10% trauma, hospital-based, clinic-based, surgical, and non-surgical.
• Travel expenses covered include flight, hotel, and rental car. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
• Fellowship trained is highly preferred.
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 120 days.
