Our Behavioral Health Techs (BHT/MHT) use a TRAUMA INFORMED CARE APPROACH to working with adolescents.
We will teach you how to apply these principles in an effective and positive manner so you can help us change lives!
YOUR BENEFITS WILL INCLUDE:
Your role as a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT/MHT) provides services to our residents through:
Active Engagement
Empathy and Trauma Informed Care
Modeling and Coaching
Safety and Security
FULL TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE (
NO part-time positions available)
Day Shift:
Sunday - Thursday (6am-2pm) + $4.00 per hr shift differential on Sunday
PM Shift:
Tues through Sat.
(2pm - 10pm) + $2.00 per hr shift differential on Tues, Wed & Thurs.
and +$4.00 per hr shift differential on Fri and Sat.
Weekend Shift:
Friday & Saturday (6am-2pm), Sun & Monday (2pm-10pm) & choose your 5th shift + $4.00 per hr shift differential on Fri, Sat & Sun & $2.00 on Monday
