Job Summary:

As the Director of Sales, you will lead and scale within Strider's sales organization to drive growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand our market presence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of strategic sales planning, team leadership, and building trusted client relationships.
What you will do:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Design and implement a strategic plan to meet and exceed revenue targets, aligning with Strider's mission and business goals.
Lead and Manage the Sales Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive Business Development:
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to expand Strider's presence in target markets.
Monitor and Optimize Sales Performance:
Analyze sales metrics, pipeline health, and market trends to ensure effective decision-making and goal achievement.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to align strategies, ensure seamless customer experiences, and drive product-market fit.
Represent Strider:
Serve as a key representative at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
7+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in B2B or SaaS environments.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams toward high performance.
Experience designing and implementing sales methodologies, processes, and KPIs.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a history of cultivating trusted client partnerships.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
Experience in security, technology, or SaaS industries.
