St. Marks Hospital Need: Hybrid Cath Lab Tech Unit: Cath Lab Cost Center: 746/701 Shift: Days 6:30AM to 5:00PM Start Date: asap Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: St. Mark's SLC, UT Address:1200 E. 3900 South SLC, UT Floor: 2 nd Cath Lab Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Labs - 2
• Number of Staff - 15
• Type of staff: o Day Shift - 6-8 o Night Shift - On call
• Patient Ratios - Varies 5-15 cases per day
• Type of equipment - GE
• EMR -EPIC/ Merge Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Diagnostic and Interventional Scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP/Impella Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Rota, TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Diagnostic angiograms/PCIs, stemis, structural Best personality Fit:
• Flexible, Team Player, Hard Working REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• RCIS or RT or CVT or RN that scrubs Floating Area(s):
• None Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Navy (Provided) Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Weekends and On call(if any)
• Approximately 10 call days to include at least 1 weekend per month
