Job Title: Tower Technician
Our company is seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our team. As a Tower Technician, you will be responsible for RF scanning and climbing towers that are 500+ ft tall. The ideal candidate will have experience in tower climbing and RF scanning, as well as a strong commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
• Perform RF scanning and testing on towers to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Climb towers that are 500+ ft tall to perform maintenance and repairs
• Install and maintain wireless communication equipment on towers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with tower equipment
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tower climbing and RF scanning
• Ability to climb towers that are 500+ ft tall
• Knowledge of wireless communication equipment and technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and following safety protocols at all times
