As a member of the HR team, the Team Member Relations Partner supports positive team member (TM) experience through effective information delivery, resource education, concern resolution, and manager support.
This role collaborates with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that foster a fair, respectful, and inclusive work environment The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide consultative guidance to managers and team members within the organization, possess excellent follow-up and follow-through, sense of urgency, communication and conflict resolution skills.
