Summary/objective:
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for providing insight and drawing conclusions from data to describe, predict, and improve Angel Studios' business performance.

Essential functions Collect, analyze, and present data in clear, easy to digest ways.
Create reports for marketing teams and other applicable teams
Manage and structure large and small data sets to find usable information
Work with data and operations teams to process information and drive improvements
Collaborate with team members to established streamlined processes and measurements of effectiveness
Constantly seek for ways to solve problems creatively
Constantly seeking to improve your craft by taking advantage of advances made in the field.
Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

You are experienced with BI Visualization tools (Metabase experience preferred).
You have a good eye for design and creating reports, dashboards and other visualizations that are appealing and informative.
You are experienced in mathematical and statistical analysis and in compiling and summarizing data around customers, processes, economics and other business intelligence areas using tools like SQL, Python, R, and SAS
You have experience working with large data sets and interacting with Data Lakes/Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
Capable of managing workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
An exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked details.
Organization and time management.
Able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Must be able to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
Resourceful and able to problem-solve and manage tasks with ambiguity.
Can take feedback to tasks and assignments positively and create better solutions.
A quick study, able to pick up new skills and learn how to use new programs.
Must participate in setting and achieving regularly scheduled and outlined objectives.
Ability to take individual ownership, execute with high energy, share context, insist on candor with positive intent.
Required education and experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred education and experience Master's Degree
$88,000 - $118,000 a year
Commensurate with experience and scope of responsibilities
