Als implementatieconsultant speel je een sleutelrol bij de uitrol van ons ERP-systeem. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat nauw samenwerkt met nieuwe en bestaande klanten aan verschillende soorten projecten zoals implementaties, migraties, verdere ontwikkeling en meer. In deze functie maak je gebruik van je ervaring met implementaties of Support in een productieomgeving en werk je nauw samen met ons internationale team van technische consultants, projectmanagers, verkopers en business consultants.
De klanten, waar je voor werkt zitten in het midden- en klein bedrijf in de maakindustrie. Zo beantwoord je procesvragen rondom robotisering bij de plaatselijke timmerman. Implementeer je software oplossingen volgens af bij een bedrijf dat windturbines plaatst.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Creëren en uitvoeren van een ERP implementatieplan
Creëren van kennis en inzicht bij zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.
Signaleren en adequaat afhandelen van mogelijke issues en escalaties in samenwerking met de Teamlead en Projectmanager.
Actief deelnemen aan productgerichte kennissessies binnen ECI.
Je neemt mee:
Aantoonbare kennis van bedrijfsprocessen.
Je hebt ervaring opgedaan met ERP- software.
Interesse om verschillende klanten tegelijkertijd en op locatie door heel Nederland te helpen in zowel grote projecten als ad hoc opdrachten.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
Kennis van implementaties en/of de maakindustrie is een pré.
