Your role as a Behavioral Specialist/Human Service Worker

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Human Service Worker at our Receiving Center in Provo, Utah.
Our center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, providing crucial mental health crisis intervention to adults.
As a mentor/behavior technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our clients during the night shift.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring client safety, implementing behavioral plans, and accurately documenting observations.

With a variable schedule of 3:
00pm-11:
00pm, you will have the opportunity to provide empathetic and customer-centric care to those in need.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and one (1) year post high school education in social work
psychology or a related field and one (1) year of general work experience
or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
