Position Summary:

Performs a wide variety of trade skills working in guestroom renovations. An expert in room renovations trades and able to train and lead 2 more room renovations technicians. Position schedule is 4, 10 hour shifts/ week.

Essential Functions:

Must be able to use hand and power tools
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Troubleshoot, repair, restore, and renovate any guest room using the following trade skills: plumbing, carpentry, painting and drywall repair, HVAC, mechanical, and construction skills.

Other Responsibilities:

Performs work related duties as assigned
Completes work order reports

Education, experience, and Skills Required:

Minimum six months in general maintenance

Equipment Used:

Hand and power tools

Hazardous materials such as: cleaning solvents, various acids, oils, and paints
