Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and a results-driven attitude. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing deals, and nurturing long-term customer relationships, all while working closely with our marketing and product teams. Success in this position requires strong communication, persistence, and adaptability to continuously meet and exceed sales targets.

Monday - Friday Shift
Weekends optional

Responsibilities

Problem Solving: Simultaneously manage multiple customers, applying problem-solving strategies to effectively promote and position Hawx's products and services.
Closing Inbound Leads: Engage with potential customers who express interest in our services, providing them with detailed information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them toward making a purchase decision.
Developing Outbound Leads: Proactively reach out to potential customers who express interest in our services, providing them with detailed information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them toward making a purchase decision.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team, providing consistent communication and support to convert these prospects into loyal customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive customer experience throughout their journey with us.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by tracking individual performance metrics and adapting strategies to optimize conversion rates.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must pass required background check and drug screening.
1+ years of sales experience.
High school diploma or GED certification.
