Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service with employees in regard to essential payroll reporting of deductions, direct deposit, URS adjustments

Essential Functions

Have excellent basic math skills
Have excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to draft emails and documents and the ability to proof spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
The ability to multitask with interruptions
Have excellent interpersonal and public relations skills and the ability to use these skills during stressful situations
Have skill in the use of the computer, particularly in data entry

Successful applicant will:

Report to the Payroll Department Director
Research and process URS retirement contribution adjustments
Prepare a variety of payroll reports
Prepare direct deposits for each employee
Process annuity forms
Prepare and verify employee auto allowance forms

Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
