VideosDuties- Oversees and executes administrative processes within the Northwestern Directorate of Programs Military/Environmental and IIS Integration division, Sentinel Integrated Program Management Office.
- Manages the IPMO program resources/budget administration; formulation and revision of budget estimates and requests for additional funding for requirements.
- Plans, coordinates and implements high level (Congress, DOD, DA, government, private industry executives, civics leadership, and others) military and civilian visits and functions that support the command.
- Serves in a high visibility capacity, fostering favorable impressions of USACE IPMO and its mission.
Requirements Conditions of Employment- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- May be required to perform travel/temporary duty (TDY) 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience GS-09: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Providing overall administrative oversight for services, such as procurement, budget, property book, personnel actions, correspondence, timekeeping and/or travel; and 2) Applying knowledge of Protocol methods sufficient to assist with planning and coordinating high level military and civilian visits. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).

Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration, Management, etc,.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
Specialized Experience GS-11: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Providing overall administrative oversight for services, such as procurement, budget, property book, personnel actions, correspondence, timekeeping and/or travel; 2) Applying knowledge of budget execution sufficient to determine whether obligations, expenditures, and requested allotments are within funding limitations of the approved budget; and 3) Applying knowledge of Protocol methods sufficient to assist with planning and coordinating high level military and civilian visits. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Education: Ph. D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration, Management, etc,.
