Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring aerospace components are produced to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, focusing on resource allocation, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Direct a large team of production managers, engineers, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other advanced methodologies to optimize operations and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA regulations), ensuring all products meet or exceed quality, safety, and performance requirements.
Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, and supply chain teams to develop and implement long-term plans that scale production and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency, quality, and cost management, driving data-driven improvements.
Lead the development of workforce training and professional development programs, ensuring the manufacturing team is equipped with the skills to meet evolving industry demands.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the aerospace industry.
Extensive knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., AS9100, FAA regulations).
