THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A NURSE SUPERVISOR

This full-time position offers a consistent

Monday - Friday

schedule with shifts available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Additionally, we provide a Baylor position from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Throughout the day, you oversee care duties, conduct nurse assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans. OUR IDEAL NURSE SUPERVISOR

A current Alabama RN license

2+ years of professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting

Leadership qualities to effectively manage nursing staff and oversee resident care

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations
