The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As the Senior PKI Infrastructure Security Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will be responsible for overseeing enterprise architecture committee in developing strategy, designing and developing end to end solutions by streamlining processes, promoting best practices, and driving efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Build comprehensive certificate management services and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) capabilities across the enterprise. Support the definition, design, and deployment of the enterprise PKI system.

Build roadmap addressing both the current environment and future landscape, including assessment and discovery tasks.

Maintain thorough procedures, policies, baselines, and work instructions for potential improvements.

Possess experience with technologies that rely heavily on TLS/SSL encryption.

Represent PKI Engineering, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

Oversee the successful technical delivery of Information Security projects and services for our customers by collaborating directly with key business stakeholders, and project teams.

Stay updated on current technologies and maintain awareness of industry trends and threats, with a focus on PKI technologies.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 7+ years in IT

OR
• High School Diploma/GED from AND 10+ years in IT

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Extensive hands-on experience in deploying and configuring both Public and Private Key Infrastructures (PKI).
• Proficient in using Key Factor, Thales Cipher Trust, and ESKM (Utimaco).
• Expert-level experience in PKI implementation and certificate lifecycle management solutions.
• Familiarity with hardware security module (HSM) technology.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Certificate Management Services and Active Directory Domain Services.
• In-depth experience in cloud solution development with AWS and Azure, including automation using APIs and ACME.
• Strong knowledge of architectures related to PKI management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the PKI/HSM ecosystem, including technology, standards, implementations, and migration strategies.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
