Job Overview Citizens Medical Center, a renowned 317-bed acute care hospital in Victoria, Texas, is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for full-time positions in the Operating Room.
About Us Citizens Medical Professionals is a multidisciplinary group comprising 7 physician anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs, offering autonomous practice with physician support available upon request.
Our team operates with a patient-centered approach, focusing on delivering exceptional anesthesia and pain management services.
Key Responsibilities Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations of patients.
Review, request, and order laboratory/diagnostic studies as necessary.
Obtain informed consent for anesthesia and related services.
Select, obtain, order, and administer preanesthetic medication or treatment.
Develop and implement comprehensive anesthesia care plans.
Utilize specialized equipment, invasive and non-invasive monitors, supplies, and drugs to provide anesthesia services.

Requirements Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetist Educational Programs.
Recent OR experience; at least 2 years of independent practice experience preferred.
Ability to operate complex equipment, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, and maintain confidential records.
Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated base rate of $120/hr and call pay hourly rate of $180/hr.
