Enthusiastic HR Intern to join our User Experience (UX) Design team.
This role focuses on delivering digital solutions throughout the employee lifecycle, with a key emphasis on Content Strategy, UI Design, and UX Research.

Key Responsibilities:

Help bring a socialization factor to digital solutions, with the goal of improving engagement, solution adoption and live feedback for solutions improvements.
Collaborate with the UX team to create engaging and user-friendly digital content.
Assist in designing intuitive user interfaces that enhance the employee experience.
Conduct UX research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Support the development and implementation of content strategies.
Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to optimize digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Four-year university students who are working in a technical internship role at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Education and Experience Required:

High School Degree 1st Year of University completed-typically a technical degree specialization.
