Summary:

Responsibilities:

Perform quality routine nursing care to assigned patients; may include patients with G-Tubes, Trachs, and Vents
Monitor and act on patient progress and identify any changes in status.
Perform patient teaching/training for patients and families.
Communicate with all staff, patients, and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
Comply with all policies and procedures while upholding the expectations of Advanced Care Partners.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Texas or a compact nursing license.
Active CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
Two or more years of experience is preferred; new graduates are accepted based on completion of preceptorship.
Valid PPD skin test.
