Key Responsibilities:

Travel to patients' homes to provide mobile healthcare services
Perform bedside wound care procedures with precision and care
Position patients effectively to ensure optimal wound care outcomes
Independently conduct a variety of medical procedures, including wound care, biopsies, debridement, suturing, and injections
Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle changes to enhance their health
Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and follow clinical practice guidelines
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare providers as appropriate
Stay updated on advances in medical technology and practices relevant to wound care
Exercise clinical judgment and decision-making skills in complex patient scenarios
Deliver exemplary patient care through expert clinical knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the relevant state
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Passion for working in a procedural-focused environment
New graduates with relevant training and clinical experience are encouraged to apply
Experience in wound care management, including assessment and ongoing monitoring
Proficiency in performing various medical procedures with confidence
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training for professional development

Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (flexibility required)
Schedule consists of 5 days at 8 hours each
