Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a title company in San Antonio, Texas. This company offers career growth opportunities, a collaborative work environment, and top homebuilders in Texas. The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Determining the steps to be taken to transfer the title of property under the conditions called for in the real estate contract and lender instructions.
Preparing all closing documents necessary to ensure that title insurance is issued at closing.
Conducting closing with customers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
Opening escrow and typing escrow instructions.
Maintaining constant communication with all parties through the escrow process.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
2-3 years experience as an Escrow Officer.
Currently licensed as an Escrow Officer.
Familiarity with escrow software (e.g., RamQuest, Qualia, SoftPro).
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.
Pay Rate Range: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
