Are you a motivated and highly organized individual who thrives on planning successful events?
We are in search of a dedicated
Event Planner
to help shape and execute a variety of events across the country. This position offers an incredible chance to elevate your career in the exciting field of event management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the comprehensive planning and organization of events, workshops, and conferences
Coordinate essential logistics such as venue reservations, travel plans, and accommodations
Engage with clients nationwide to capture their event vision and requirements
Oversee event timelines to ensure seamless execution and adherence to deadlines
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and products
Participate in team-building workshops and ongoing professional growth programs
Travel to various event locations as necessary
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in event planning or coordination is beneficial
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with event management software
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related area is preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
