Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an administrative support journeyman for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services contract, supporting the US Air Force Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division.

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

JOB STATUS: FT

TRAVEL: 0%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret and SCI access

EDUCATION: GED or high school diploma

CERTIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 4 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years must be in DoD

Proficient with MS Office applications.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Bullets will consist of secondary (preferred) skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications.

Ensures leadership is kept informed on all issues that relate to the mission of the branch.

Monitors progress of various taskings and initiatives.

Supplies information and background to prepare documents for the approval and signature of leadership and disseminates program policies and guidance to members of the organization.

Coordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences and ensures documentation of the meetings are filed in accordance with organizational policy.

Maintains scheduling documents, requirements, and conducts reviews for video and online conferencing, training, timecards, in/out processing, and other identified requirements.

Other staff support, research, compiling of project information
