A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist II - "W-TRS".
Key Responsibilities
Receive, analyze, and resolve trouble tickets via telephone or email
Monitor and manage assigned work queues while meeting SLAs and KPIs
Assist in root cause analysis of trouble tickets and program issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of Contact Center/Help Desk or customer service experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule to support 24/7 operations
Ability to work with general supervision
