Digital Account Manager (CSM)

Summary
This is not a Sales position but one to develop relationships with our current Advertisers from Media Plan Proposals to Campaign set up and activations while delivering insights, recommendations, retention and growth. We expect this team to become a trusted Hispanic Advertisement advisorand customer advocate, while transmitting core values and delivering the best client experience. Travel is required in and outside of local market. Position will report directly to the Senior Vice President.
Essential Functions
Develop Client Digital Media Plan Proposals and execute with adOps team
Resolve issues on a timely manner
Develop client insightsreporting, and analysis to present media plan results
Billing reconciliation
Desired Skills and Experience
1-3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Media required
