As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental services with the support of a dedicated team. Your role will directly contribute to creating memorable experiences for both children and adults. Here's what you can expect:

Engage with your community and promote a positive company image through activities.
Participate in morning huddles, where you can share appreciation for your team and highlight great examples of customer focus.
Work in a child-friendly environment where approximately 70% of our patient base is composed of kids.

Our practice supports you with:

DentaPro software for seamless operations.
Advanced digital x-ray and Panorex units.
Modern fiber-optic handpieces.
Ongoing training around OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
A well-structured support team: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
A patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults.
An office flow accommodating an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

We Expect You To Have:

A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
A current, valid license to practice dentistry where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
Required certifications including CPR, DEA, etc.
Nitrous Oxide certification (only in certain states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
A compassionate approach and a genuine desire to provide dental care to children and adults alike.
